All merchandise ordered on www.letanneur.us can be shipped to the United States. For orders to other countries, please visit www.letanneur.com

• How much are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping method:

The products will be delivered within 20 days from when we confirm your order.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days and dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

We will send you an email with information and a link to the carrier tracking link as soon as your package is delivered to logistics. You will be able to follow the progress of your order via the link sent in the order confirmation email.

Please note that due to the new U.S. customs regulations, the tracking information may take longer to update. It will only become active once the package reaches the United States, which will take around 3–4 days.

• What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you have still not received your parcel after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your parcel by following the link you received by email. • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?

SECTION 2 • RETURN AND REFUND

• I wish to return my order

Enjoy free returns for all orders in the US. Please use the Prepaid Return Label included with your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with their LE TANNEUR label intact. We remind you that no return can be accepted without the delivery note in the parcel. Put the delivery note you received with your order inside your package.

• How much does it cost me to return a product?

We offer free returns for all orders in the US.

• How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

Your reimbursement will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package by our system, directly via the payment method used when the order was placed.
